1. Projects
1. System Development continuing for the DIC-MIS.
2. System Development continuing for the Commercial Taxes Sector.
3. Public Grievance Redressal & Monitoring System (PGRAMS) configured successfully for backend processing for use by the Assam Government.
4. An MIS for the Training Division using VB6 & Access completed.
5. Web Page for Bongaigaon District launched.
6. Web site on [http://assam.nic.in/resource] Knowledge Resources (White Papers, Presentation Materials etc) launched on the State Unit Intranet.
7. Prepared a Feasibility Study Report on Computerisation of the Directorate of Higher Education.
8. System Administration
   • DHCP/DNS configured on Win 2000 Server.
   • Apache Web Server configured for HTTP/FTP Proxy.
2. Training
1. System Administration in UnixWare & Linux during June 4-8, 2001.
2. IT for Senior Officers during June 12-14, 2001.
3. Office Suites & Internet for Gauhati High Court during June 18-22, 2001
3. Co-ordination Activities
   1. Operationalised the Information System at Regional Passport Office, Guwahati.
   2. Installation of Secretariat LAN started.
   3. Operationalised the Computer Centre at the Institute of Co-operative Management.
4. Other Activities
   1. The two cases running at CAT, Guwahati and another at Gauhati High Court take quite some time and effort to follow up.
   2. Activities (site inspection etc) for the second phase of the CIC Project started.
